Empowering Success Together
The People at Your Table
Management board (Zarząd) and operations — the four people who carry every GIPCBS mandate personally.

Chief Executive Officer
Mates Al-Fakhri
A cultural bridge-builder by biography: raised across Iraq, Poland, and Germany through eleven institutional changes, he speaks six languages — German, Polish, and Arabic at native level — and intuitively decodes the nuances of all three business systems. Holding a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), his 14-year career at Germany’s international broadcaster Deutsche Welle forged a rare hybrid expertise in media architecture, IT, and cross-cultural product positioning. Today, he is the trilateral engine of GIPCBS: the strategist who knows exactly how to market, communicate, and sell complex B2B products across Western, Slavic, and Middle Eastern markets — and the one voice every side of the table trusts as one of their own.
Chief Strategy & Operating Officer
Philipp Schulte-Beckhausen
Raised in the diplomatic city of Bonn, international business has been his native environment from the start. His corporate career in high-level finance and controlling at global market leaders DHL and GKN Automotive made him a specialist in international cost management and project controlling — the discipline that keeps cross-border ventures profitable. As CSO/COO of GIPCBS and Treasurer of the German-Iraqi Forum for Cooperation (DIFZ e.V.), he ensures every corridor we open stands on rigorous financial architecture.

Senior Business Consultant
Dr. Mohammed Al-Fakhri
Doctor of Economics (SGH Warsaw School of Economics, 1994) and President of the German-Iraqi Forum for Cooperation (DIFZ e.V.). He served for many years as Economic Advisor at the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates and brings a decades-long track record on leading international trade fairs. As an established economic analyst on Iraqi television and Deutsche Welle, he is a trusted public voice in the very markets our clients want to enter.

Deep, lived understanding of the business and legal realities in all three regions — not researched, inhabited.
Individual approach
No templates. Every mandate gets a structure built around its corridor, its culture, and its counterparts.
Multicultural competence
Four working languages, three business mentalities, one team. What competitors buy in, we bring from home.
Discretion. Honesty about our scope. And the family principle: we only take mandates we can personally stand behind.
