Market entry advisory

Market entry and company formation — Germany, Iraq, Poland

We assess markets, make introductions inside defined corridors, set up companies, and travel with you. Two partners, four languages, our name on every document.

The Problem

“Most firms sort clients by nationality.” It reads well and it answers the wrong question: a Korean manufacturer and a German one, both looking at Baghdad, face the same wall. The same German manufacturer looking at Warsaw faces a different one.

We did not learn this from a market report. Between us, German, Polish and Arabic are first languages — you find out early that the same sentence does not arrive twice the same way.

What we do

Four questions behind every mandate

01Market assessment

Can this market actually work for us?

A written opinion on whether a market can work for you, before you commit resources to it.

02Corridor matchmaking

Who is worth meeting — and who is not?

Introductions inside a corridor we have defined with you in writing first.

03Company formation

How do we exist there, legally?

Legal form, sequence, authorities, bank — guided in your language.

04Delegations

What was actually said in that room?

We sit in the room and tell you what was said — and what was not.

Corridors

Where do you want to go?

A corridor is a direction, a target market and a field — agreed in writing before the work starts.

Most firms sort clients by nationality. It reads well and it answers the wrong question: a Korean manufacturer and a German one, both looking at Baghdad, face the same wall. The same German manufacturer looking at Warsaw faces a different one.

How we work

Every mandate starts with a written opinion

Not with a proposal, and not with a workshop. Five steps, and most enquiries stop at the first one.

01

The judgement

A written opinion on whether the corridor will hold. For a good number of enquiries this is where the conversation should end — and where it does.

02

The assessment

The first paid step. Sources, scope, a defensible position you can put in front of a board. Fixed fee, defined scope, no negotiation on either.

03

The mandate

A corridor defined in writing: direction, target market, field. Inside it we introduce, we negotiate alongside you, and we are paid partly on what comes of it.

04

The programme

Where delivery runs for months and somebody has to steer the people doing it. We keep the steering. We do not subcontract the controlling.

05

Presence

Travel, fairs, rooms. Deliberately limited — we hold a small number of these at a time, and we say so rather than pretending otherwise.

If we do not believe a corridor will hold, we write that down. How we work →

Our stance

We sell a judgement, not a promise.

Every mandate starts the same way

With a written opinion, not a proposal. What that costs and how long it takes is agreed with you specifically — nothing here is promised in advance.

Two partners, no account team

German, Polish and Arabic are native languages here — not skills we hired in.

Partners

The organizations we work with

Delivery in a corridor is rarely one company’s job. These are the partners we build with — named with their agreement.
