WHAT WE DO
Three lines of work, seven fields
What we deliver, on what terms, and where each one ends — including setting up the company that makes the entry real.
The three lines
Market assessment
A written opinion on whether a market can work for you — delivered on a date we name before we start, at a length we fix before we start.
We sell the judgement, not the optimism. If the answer is no, the document says no, and you have saved the cost of finding out the expensive way.
Corridor matchmaking
Introductions inside a corridor defined with you in writing: direction, target market, field. We introduce nobody we have not assessed first.
Where it makes sense for both sides, we work a corridor only for you — which is why we turn down work that would put us on both sides of the same table.
Delegations and on-site presence
We travel with you — to a fair, to a meeting, to a ministry building. We interpret what was said and, more usefully, what was not. We do not promise who will be in the room. We do promise that you will not misread it.
The fields
Three are open now. The others are reachable through us today and will get their own pages as we go.
Also worked in: training and capacity building · know-how and technology transfer. Delegations are not listed twice — they are the third line above.
HOW THIS IS CHARGED
The first step costs nothing: a written judgement on whether a market is worth pursuing at all. Everything below starts only once that judgement says yes. We name the model here and the number in a proposal, once we know the scope.
