Three languages, natively
German, Polish and Arabic are native languages in this company. English is the working language.
That is worth more here than it sounds. Most failed entries into these markets are not defeated by law or by price — they are defeated by a sentence that meant something different on the other side of the table, and by nobody in the room being able to say so. Where we are
The company is GIPCBS sp. z o.o., registered in Warsaw and entered in the Polish commercial register. Polish law, Polish jurisdiction, a Polish address you can write to.
Behind it stand families from Germany, Iraq and Poland. Three legal and commercial systems inside one company — inconvenient for us, useful for you, and the reason we can describe a market without flattering it.
We work between three economic areas: Western Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Within that, Iraq is where our judgement is sharpest, and it is the market we name — the region is where we operate, not what we claim to cover.
We then cut that ground into three corridors, because a direction is something you can hold us to and a region is not.
